Shipping policy
We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days.
A shipping time of between 10 to 15 days is expected for the products. We would still like to point out that these deadlines may vary depending on the country of destination and count on your indulgence in the event of slight delays.
We offer shipping with tracking. Therefore, you will be able to track your package and thus be aware of its whereabouts. Please note that it takes 3 to 5 days for the information to be up to date in the system.
Our products are stored directly with our manufacturer, in Asia or Europe. We have made the decision to outsource our shipping service in order to gain efficiency and allow our customers across the globe to receive their products at advantageous conditions.
The products will be shipped to the address entered when ordering. You are required to provide us with correct data and it is your responsibility to verify it. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for shipments made to incorrect addresses.
It is possible that certain shipments remain blocked in transit wherever they come to us in return (for example: non-payment of fees, taxes or customs fees, incorrect address, unclaimed package at the postal office, etc.). The customer must contact the email address (support@boxhero-us.com) in order to plan the return of the goods and will be required to cover the shipping costs.
When you go to checkout, you will be informed of the amount of shipping costs. They can vary according to various parameters:
- Country of destination
- Choice of shipping method
- Package size and weight
In addition to shipping costs, you may be required to pay certain costs upon receipt of the product such as VAT, customs fees, etc. These various costs are entirely your responsibility and depend on the country in which you reside. .
However, we are committed to the satisfaction of our customers and offer them a commercial gesture in the form of a discount (see below) on their next order based on the costs incurred. In order to receive this reduction, our customers must a) contact us at the email address (support@boxhero-us.com) mention the order number and c) send us all the proof justifying the payment of these costs. We reserve the right to cancel this right to discount if the documents transmitted are not adequate.

Title to the merchandise passes to the customer the moment the products are shipped and leave our warehouses. We are not responsible for any problems that arise during transit. We invite you to inform us of any problems related to transit and will do our best to offer you an interesting alternative.
